This beautifully restored G Plan Astro coffee table is a fine example of British mid-century design at its best. Designed in the 1960s, it features the iconic sculptural teak base paired with an oval glass top that brings both elegance and practicality to any space.
The solid teak frame has been sympathetically refinished to highlight its rich grain, and a newly cut piece of toughened glass has been added for everyday durability. It retains the original red and silver G Plan label on the underside, adding provenance and authenticity. While fully restored, the piece retains very minor signs of age that speak to its history and enhance its overall character.
