Delivery
Unique items require unique packaging (this ain’t Amazon) so we need time to pack your items properly and deliver them safely to you. Delivery is normally 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are, however if you require your items more quickly please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of items. You will see delivery charges when you add an item to your basket. We offer Free delivery when you spend over £500. This will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
If you live in Cornwall (or are here on holiday) we can arrange local pick or in some cases we can deliver for free. Please choose ‘Local Pick Up’ at the checkout or contact us and we will be in touch to make arrangements.
At the moment we are unable to offer standard shipping rates for delivery outside of Mainland UK. For delivery overseas please contact us.
Returns
We hope you are very happy with your item when it arrives, however, if there are problems with it you may wish to return it. Before you do this you must contact us and we will determine if the reason is valid and make arrangements for returning your item. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
