A restored example of Ercol’s imposing 1913 Evergreen high-back armchair. The original beech and elm frame has undergone extensive structural restoration and has been refinished in ebonised black, giving the familiar Windsor construction a more graphic, contemporary character.
New Pirelli webbing has been fitted to the seat and the chair has been finished with newly upholstered buttoned cushions in a vibrant lime-green fabric.
The frame retains minor marks and evidence of its previous life beneath the refinished surface, consistent with a restored vintage piece.
