A particularly attractive vintage Jersey Pottery table lamp, hand decorated in a striking turquoise, cream and black botanical design.
Unlike many more muted Jersey Pottery pieces, this example has a much more contemporary feel, with a bold colour palette and a slightly irregular handmade form. The base is hand marked “Jersey Pottery C.I.” to the interior, with additional decorator’s marks.
The lamp has been rewired with modern components and paired with a new woven rattan shade, which works particularly well with the colours and texture of the ceramic base.
Presented in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks.
